Terms of Service

These terms describe the conditions for using Prokze.com and its Prokze-hosted games, including Prokze Fighters. Questions can be sent to owner@prokze.com.

Account eligibility

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher applicable local account-age requirements to create or use a Prokze account. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms on your own under local law, a parent or guardian must review and agree to them with you. This does not permit an under-13 account.

Use an account you are authorized to use, keep it secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Google sign-in is also subject to Google's terms. We never need your Google password or sign-in codes.

Development builds and progress

Prokze Fighters is in active development. Features, balancing, items, and availability can change, and bugs or interruptions may occur. We cannot promise uninterrupted play or recovery of lost progress.

Guest progress is saved locally in the browser or device running the game. Cloud saves automatically sync a separate signed-in Prokze Fighters campaign. Guest progress is copied only when you select it; conflicting campaigns require a choice and are not merged. Keep local storage intact until the game confirms “Saved to cloud.” Network failures, browser storage limits, and development bugs can prevent syncing. Recovery of lost progress is not guaranteed.

In-game currencies, items, and rewards are gameplay features. They are not money and cannot be redeemed for cash through Prokze.

Fair use and security

You may use the games for personal entertainment. Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access someone else's account or information, disrupt the service, distribute malware, or exploit security flaws to harm others. Please report security issues privately to owner@prokze.com.

We may restrict or suspend account access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, or violations of these terms. Contact us if you believe a restriction was a mistake.

Game content and third-party services

Rights in the game's code, artwork, music, branding, and other content remain with their respective owners or licensors. Access to the arcade does not transfer those rights. Third-party software remains subject to its own applicable licenses.

Prokze relies on third-party hosting and authentication services. Their availability can affect play or sign-in. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Leaving Prokze

You may stop playing at any time and sign out through the account menu. To request account deletion, email owner@prokze.com using your account email where possible. We may need to verify ownership. Deleting a cloud account does not clear saves held locally on your device.

Your rights and updates

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or other protections that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms as the service develops and will show the effective date on this page. Contact us with questions before using a feature whose conditions you do not understand or accept.
