Privacy Policy
Effective September 30, 2026
This policy covers Prokze.com, Prokze Fighters, and the Prokze-hosted game and download services linked from the arcade. For questions about how we handle information, contact Prokze at owner@prokze.com.
You can play as a guest with progress stored on your device. When you play Prokze Fighters signed in, your account campaign automatically syncs with Supabase so you can resume it on another browser. Guest progress is only copied to your account when you choose to import it.
Information we handle
- Google sign-in: when you choose to sign in, Google provides an account identifier, email address, and basic profile information such as your name and profile-picture address. Supabase, our authentication provider, stores the account record and manages sign-in sessions. The website currently displays your email address to you. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts, or Google Drive files, and we do not receive your Google password.
- Local game and site data: your browser stores game progress, game settings and collections, arcade preferences, and sign-in/session data. Games may use local storage or IndexedDB. Signing out does not erase your local game saves.
- Cloud saves: when you play Prokze Fighters signed in, we store your campaign progress, selected and owned champions, equipment, in-game currencies, settings included in the save, and save revision/timing information with your Supabase account identifier. A previous cloud snapshot is retained for recovery. Your browser also keeps a separate local account copy and recovery data. Cloud saves are not public profiles.
- Technical information: hosting, game-file delivery, and authentication providers process information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information, and security/error logs to deliver and protect the services. Guest play still requires these network requests.
- Messages to us: if you email support, we receive your email address and the information you include. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or unnecessary sensitive information.
How we use and share information
We use account information to authenticate you and manage your account; campaign data to save and restore progress and handle conflicting saves; technical information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site; and support messages to respond to requests. Google sign-in data is not used for advertising, sold, or published as a public player profile.
Our service providers include Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure, Google for sign-in and support email, and OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure for the website and game delivery. They process the information needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or where necessary to address fraud, abuse, or security threats.
Google also processes information under its own Privacy Policy. You can read the Supabase Privacy Policy and OpenAI Privacy Policy for information about those providers.
Storage and retention
Account information is stored with Supabase. Our project is currently hosted in the United States; service providers may process technical and support information in other countries. We use HTTPS and account-access controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
We keep account information and its cloud campaign while your account remains active, unless you request deletion or removal is otherwise needed. Deleting the account removes its campaign row from the active database. Support records are kept as needed to resolve requests and related security or legal matters. Provider logs and backups follow the applicable provider retention settings; deleting an account does not necessarily erase every backup or security record immediately.
Local progress and local recovery copies remain in your browser until the game, you, or your browser removes them. Clearing site data, using private browsing, changing devices, or browser storage cleanup can result in lost unsynced progress. Signing out does not delete previously uploaded campaign data or local copies. Only the “Saved to cloud” status confirms a successful cloud save, and recovery is not guaranteed.
Your choices and account deletion
- Play without signing in, or sign out of this browser using the account menu.
- Manage Prokze's access through your Google Account connections. Revoking Google access does not itself delete your Prokze account.
- Email owner@prokze.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your account information, or to raise a privacy concern. Use your account email where possible; we may need to verify ownership. Account deletion is handled by request, not an automatic in-game button.
- Use your browser's site-data controls to remove local data. This can permanently remove local game progress and sign you out. Prokze-hosted games on separate domains may have their own browser storage.
Your rights depend on where you live and may include additional rights to object, restrict processing, obtain a copy of information, or complain to a privacy regulator. Contact us to discuss a request.
Children and account eligibility
Prokze accounts are for people aged 13 or older who also meet any higher applicable local account-age requirements. We do not offer under-13 accounts or a parental-consent account flow. The website asks for an eligibility confirmation before starting Google sign-in; it does not collect a birth date or verify age.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided account information, contact owner@prokze.com so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate. Guest play does not require Google sign-in, but still involves the technical processing described above.
Changes
We will update this policy as the service changes and identify the effective date above. Further features, such as public profiles, will need updated disclosures before they are introduced.
